The sexiest electro rock and roll couple ever (move over Chris and Dexy Valentine!!) – Vive La Fete; is releasing their sixth studio album, Disque D’or in December 2009 in the UK. This is the Belgian electro-glamrock answer to The Kills – sexy, bass heavy filth, driving synths, distorted guitars layered with the voice and lyrics of a 60s french songstress. A brief history on these guys: Danny Mommens (ex dEUS, yeah remember Sister Dew, just awesome!) and his hot blonde girlfriend Elys Pynoo met in 1997, fell crazily in love and decided to combine their love for music and each other into a reality, hence Vive La Fete was born!! Just gorgeous. So sexy, Karl Lagerfeld declared himself a diehard fan since their first album came out and made them do the music for some of his Chanel shows.
