Amsterdam-based dj duo and partymakers Rafi levin and Vitor Fernandes of Quartz People are releasing a new ep out on their own label, Quartz Lock Records. Entitled Medic, the new EP is all about the darker side of techno: an injection of tough driving basslines and a clinical thumping beat.
