Oh god I love Montauk. Always had a deep love for nu-disco and Montauk’s like up there next to Classixx and Flight Facilities in my opinion.
They’ve got a debut single out on Brilliantine called Holiday that’s just been bigged up by no-one else than the massive nu-disco / balearic disco hulks, AEROPLANE.

If anything, the single is FUCKING LUSH, well produced, fancy piano work with a lovely deep bass centre and robotic vocoded vocals. The single includes Deux Helix‘s remix of The Probe, a “drugged-sound-treatment” of a club beast, as it were. Need anymore evidence The Swedes rule at disco?
