CEO. MGMT (pronounced “Management”) What next? Intern? (Or rather INTRN ?)
While I’m sure CEO has no intention of plagarising the novelty of having a performing name like that (and there is nothing wrong with that even if its the case), Modular‘s latest signing doesn’t look like he has anything new up his sleeves.
Yes, Come With Me is a lovely synth pop tune, one that I will dance to shamelessly, and its backed by a swishy video but all that face-painted, pained, peter-pan, man-boy imagery is so cliched I cringed.

Come on, it’s so 2007! Don’t you think? Maybe it’s too unfair to judge anything based on one song and one video. CEO’s debut album, White Magic comes out June 28th. Perhaps you may wish to pre-order it here.
