Another lovely addition to your summer playlist. Sydney’s Tortoiseshell‘s debut single is coming out on Hole In The Sky on June 14th (tomorrow!). Produced by none other than Australia’s  Canyons‘ (DFA / Modular), the single is lovely beach pop without the surf. Instead of jangly guitars, we get a disco beat, spaced out vintage synths and an arousing catchy chorus.

While you’re at it Listen to this Canyon’s track. The harsh synth stabs, rolling bleeps and slapping snares go on in that signature DFA style that I really like.
