Ya’ll probably know that Business Casual, the new album by CHROMEO has been in the pipelines for ages but now I’ve got word that it’s definitely coming out via Atlantic Records on September 14th.
Got the new single, Don’t Turn The Lights On here and bloody hell, I really like it. It’s got soul, funk, disco and it’s still definitely Chromeo. This is definitely Chromeo at their peak, it’s a more serious Chromeo, less of the cheesy lyrics and more feeling. The synthwork is really coming out here, I’m getting a bit nostalgic with the 80s synthesized guitar solo, a really FULL sound.
