In Europe, we just dance better. The Fader would call this “tick tock fashion-y electronic music”. I’d just call it house. And decent one at that.
Andycap‘s has done a remix of fellow Scandinavian, Kasper Marott‘s track Troldebal. The swingin synth stabs and swishy filters are pure gold. At more than 8 minutes long, you’d think this track would start to run out of steam at some point but it keeps its edge with his insistence on keeping to elements of techno.
I’m also kinda gettin into the concept of analog vocals manipulated to form a beat.
